Welcoming atmosphere with impeccable service and detail.

missingWrote a review on 01 Novaccommodating staffblocked viewcramped hot spring
The staff was accommodating to our special requests.
The view from the private hot spring bath was disappointing. an annex building blocked the mountainside scenery, diluting the experience as I had hoped for a more serene outlook. There's a lack of extensive English support, which complicates communication for those not fluent in Japanese. Additionally, the private hot spring bath had a narrow, cramped feeling that did not meet my expectations for relaxation and luxury.

Both a hit and a miss
The food was exceptional and incredibly artful, truly a highlight of our stay. The onsen area offered a relaxing experience with a tranquil atmosphere, perfect for unwinding after a long day of exploring.
Despite the beautiful ambiance, the view from our suite felt restricted due to nearby structures blocking the mountainside, which was disappointing. We also faced some communication hurdles with staff despite their warm and accommodating nature.

so, I thought I'd enjoy a total zen experience but ended up in a cramped hot spring bath. not what I was hoping for in terms of relaxation. and seriously, why no welcome gift for someone so classy like me? I almost published a good review, but this place just didn’t deliver. very disappointing, really.

This place was such a cozy gem! We enjoyed the spacious private onsen and took full advantage of the serene garden area to unwind. Just a heads-up, the walk to the nearest shop for drinks took a bit longer than expected, but it really didn't put a damper on our amazing experience. 🌿

Had an awesome time with friends! The meals were delicious, and the onsen experience was top-notch. We especially loved the outdoor bath and the cozy atmosphere. The staff was super friendly and made us feel at home. It's perfect for a group getaway, and you'll enjoy the short drive to explore the local area. You might want to stay in and try their amazing cuisine!
One downside was the lack of vending machines for drinks on-site. We had to walk quite a distance to find beverages, which was a bit inconvenient after a long day of exploring. Just keep this in mind before your stay.
